This home has been great, back when we first stepped through the doors the first thing we noticed was the amount of space it had in comparison to others we had seen.

Being so close to the sea is fantastic and we have rented it out for the last few years and our tenant never moved so stayed for the duration of our ownership. He loved the property so much it was difficult for him to leave but sadly the stairs just became too much so he had to move on.

We were thinking of updating it for our own use however we then decided it was time to part company and allow someone new to enjoy it.
