Having moved here a number of years ago we can honestly say it has been a wonderful place to live. The property is superbly located for Purley and Reedham stations which we use to commute to central London daily.

Being on the second floor the flat is very convenient with a pleasant outlook onto the well maintained communal gardens. The cul-de-sac location makes it a very quiet and relaxing place to live. The flat itself has been ideal because the second bedroom is a good size so when we have people to visit the apartment is more than big enough to accommodate two couples. We have had a great few years here and we will miss it when we have gone.
