We bought this apartment brand new about seven years ago from Bellway Homes.

Having recently moved back to the UK from overseas, we were impressed by how light and airy the property is and knew as soon as we stepped inside that it was the home for us.

The location is ideal for trips into London or holidays from Gatwick, as the mainline railway station is only a mile away.

After a couple of years, we decided to move down to the coast and the flat has been tenanted since then. Clearly tenants have also liked it here, as it's been really easy to let out, with hardly any void periods.
