We originally bought the apartment because everything was so fresh and new and we were able to just move furniture straight in.
It is still a nice new building so there isn’t anything the new owners will have to do when they move in.

The communal spaces are so well kept and the lifts in the building are so handy when it comes to bringing shopping in from the car.
We love our little flat but just need a little bit more space so are looking to up-size ever so slightly.
