My mother lived in the property since the 80's and felt that it offered everything she was looking for. The property offers slightly more space than most in the block and this fact appealed too. I think an obvious selling point is the location and the close proximity to the popular places in Southsea and Old Portsmouth.

I have also enjoyed a stint in Hartford House before moving out of town in the 80's. Hartford House really does appeal to a good clientele and the management keeps things running smoothly. I know that whoever buys this property will enjoy it as much as we have.
