I have owned the property here in Temple Street for around seven years now and it has always been a fantastic investment for me.

It has never been a problem to rent the flat and I have always had really good tenants in there so have been very lucky in that respect.

I no longer live locally so it is becoming more difficult to keep tabs on the property and even though it currently looks after itself, I would prefer to have an investment a bit closer to where I am so I can keep an eye on it.
