I have had the best of both worlds here. This has been my home and also an investment as I currently rent it out. The property is perfect for both as a home - well, you don't get much better and renting the property out has been very easy and stress free.

It has been lovely having the use of a swimming pool and gym. I spent a lot of time in the lounge area, with its lovely sliding doors opening out onto the balcony - it is just beautiful. Many a time of an evening I have sat on the balcony with a glass of wine. It is also lovely in the Winter.
