We love this flat so much and are reluctant to move, if it wasn't for our growing family. I was struck by its beautiful cornicing and the nice sized lounge with huge windows.

On a cool evening there is nothing we enjoy better than sitting in all cosy with a real fire on. It's hugely practical, with Hove station round the corner and supermarkets, shops, cafes, restaurants galore and the promenade on our doorstep.

This flat also has some cannily created 'loft space' in the hall for some much needed storage. We wish the new owners lots of happiness in this lovely flat.
