I bought my apartment brand new around eight years ago and loved the smart development and lovely surroundings.
It is very quiet here and there are just six apartments in the building. My apartment is on the top floor with no one above you, just a loft space which is handy for a little extra storage. It feels nice and secure which is great if you want to disappear on holiday and there is a burglar alarm too.
The only reason for moving now is to be closer to family and to keep things simple the apartment is going to be sold chain free.
