I was looking for a large, ground floor apartment. It struck me at the time, when I first viewed it, that it was somewhat continental in its appearance, and the obvious bonus was that it had a southerly aspect rear garden, which I have taken total advantage of.
Being a keen tennis player, having the courts close by has been wonderful, and the local shops and amenities are within easy distance.
The most significant change has probably a new central heating boiler, but I have decorated throughout in my time here.
