This flat has been ideal. We initially bought it as our first home and it was the perfect size. We have recently moved out and have been renting it ever since. We have always found it very easy to find a tenant. However, our current tenant would be more than happy to stay if that was your preferred route. It is very spacious and it's extra en suite to the main bedroom is an added bonus. We also really loved sitting on the wrap around balcony in the summer months. The location is lovely too, set in a modern development it is peaceful but also close to everything. Bluewater Shopping Centre is a short walk away, where you can enjoy shopping and a selection of restaurants and bars.
