Before converting the flats I actually lived here and really enjoyed the close proximity to the village centre and the lovely walks around the area. It was really nice being able to walk into the village to pick up some groceries, feeding the ducks along the way, stopping in a cafe, meeting friends for a cup of tea and being able to walk to the train station. When we decided to split the property in to flats we wanted to create something which had a real feel of quality about it and have tried our best to create that atmosphere. The setting is remarkably quiet and the new owner of one of the flats has said she can vouch for the peacefulness of the locality. We hope that the next owners will enjoy and like what we have done and the convenient position of these flats.
