Before I looked at this apartment I viewed several flats at The Gateway but decided this was the ideal place for me.
I liked the way the development was managed and being an 18th share of freehold it has its advantage.
A lot of people don't even know that this place exists as it is nicely tucked away. The neighbours are all considerate and it really is a lovely place to live, a real sense of community. In the summer I often lie in bed with patio doors open to the balcony knowing that I feel completely secure and when it is a full moon it is lovely the way it reflects into the room. I enjoy sitting on the balcony with friends, sharing a bottle of wine whilst taking in the views.
