Previously living in Surrey we purchased a property in Portugal and spent most of our time there. However, we did want a bolt-hole in the U.K. so four years ago we purchased this apartment in Nonington Court. The location was fantastic, close to a number of towns in Kent and was easily accessible to our son in Ashford.
Compared to others we had seen this apartment offered great value for money and offered everything we were looking for. The apartment was already in good condition and over the years we have done general redecoration and in the last year we have replaced the lounge carpet and upgraded the hot water tank.
We have now moved back from Portugal and are looking for a property closer to our family and grandchildren.
