We purchased this flat when it was brand new and we have been incredibly happy with both the property and its location. The development is very peaceful and looks good as you are driving past the old Chapel.

The flat itself is very spacious. So spacious in fact that our guests and visitors often comment on how large the place feels. We also like the balcony and we have an excellent outlook across the communal garden towards the River Thames in the distance. The location is really convenient for the M25 and for amenities such as Bluewater and Darenth Valley Hospital. I walk to Dartford Station most days and this takes approximately 20 minutes.
