Initially I was attracted to the size of the apartment, which offered more value for money than others that I had viewed.

The location is great and so convenient to the train station, harbour, Gunwharf quays and the night life which are all within a short walking distance.

In comparison to other properties I looked at when buying I was really impressed with having an en-suite in bedroom one, as well as having a really nice size bathroom for any guests to use when they come to stay.
