We chose to buy this particular apartment because it is in such an attractive building. The location in St Dunstan’s is fabulous and it’s only a short walk into town through the beautiful Westgate Gardens – perfect on a summer’s morning! It’s lovely how the lounge overlooks the old school building too – very quaint. We have had the apartment rented out for some time now and it is currently rented to students. They seem to like it here as it is very well located for all the amenities and you can also catch a bus to the University from nearby. The apartment would be great for someone else who wishes to rent it out. It would also be really good buy for a professional who wants to enjoy living in Canterbury and have the convenience of Canterbury West nearby.
