We bought this property brand new and we have really enjoyed our last five and a half years here. The location is great as it's both quiet and friendly, walking down beside the river on a Sunday morning is lovely, the sound of running water is very calming and its also a pleasant walk into the city centre.
We bought this property as shared ownership but now the whole 100% is for sale at the advertised price, there is still an option for the new owner to buy into shared ownership and enquiries should be made with the agent regarding this possibility.
The parking space right outside the front door has been an absolute godsend to us and really convenient since the birth of our daughter.
