I love living in Seven Dials, it feels like a small community where everyone is so friendly, the local amenities are more than substantial and allow easy access to all the best bits of Brighton in a matter of minutes. After living in other parts of Brighton in the past, I really enjoy being able to walk home quickly and easily after a night out in the City centre without having to worry about taxis or buses. Due to being two storeys up, my home is warm in the winter, but also seems to catch a through breeze in the summer months with the windows open, so it never becomes unbearably hot. My neighbours are all quiet, friendly and considerate, and I'm never disturbed by any noise from them. This has been such a happy home, and wish the new owner the same.
