I really wanted a bolt hole by the coast, but the property had to be close to a mainline train station as I travel to London a lot. Everything that I looked at was just too small or had no off road parking.
After a few months I nearly gave up, then this property came to the market. I drive straight down and viewed the property. I couldn't believe it, the promenade was must a short walk away, plus the property had parking which was great.
The other factor that decided it for me was the train station being really close.
