I love the position of my apartment on the fringe of this smart development. It is in a quiet and peaceful spot with a communal garden frontage and is screened with mature hedging. It has been lovely having a modern home with an excellent kitchen and bathrooms for enjoyment without maintenance.

I work in London and it is easy to get into London with St Pancras in about 55 minutes starting either at New Hythe or Snodland. If you prefer to use your car you can hop onto the M20 at junction 4 or take a leisurely coach journey in comfort.

I am only moving now to upsize and hope the next owner is as happy as I have been here.
