I bought this property back in 1996 brand new. It was the show apartment for and it was the last one to be sold. I have always enjoyed the peace and quiet while at the same time there is a great community here should you wish to take part in the coffee mornings and other events. For an apartment it has excellent storage facilities and I found the good sized kitchen more than ample.
It’s a fantastic position right in the centre of town, all the shops and café's are on your doorstep and there is always something going on in Arundel. It’s a fantastic place to retire to.
