THE BUSINESS
The hotel trades for six moths of the year catering for school parties and private guests depending on the time of the year. Full board is provided for the school parties while private guests are offered B&B. The hotel also acts as a venue for wedding receptions.
The hotel is run to suit the current owners and there is scope to expand the business by extending the trading season, offering Christmas and New Year breaks and further functions. The Chester Lodge is ideally situated for passing trade being on the main road leading up from the beach through the town centre.
The business is run by the owners with a small amount of part time help.
