It is located at 5 Princess Road, just South of the University of Liverpool. It's also a short 15 minute walk to the centre of town and to John Moore's University.

There is a choice of single and double rooms in the development, furnished and are situated over four floors, each bedroom having an LCD wall mounted TV, desk and chair, wardrobe, bed with storage and a bedside table. All floors have adequate bathrooms.

On every floor there is a large shared kitchen and lounge. The kitchens are equipped with all the mod cons such as ovens, freezers, fridges, microwaves and cooking utensils. On each floor there is 2/3 bathrooms with showers.

There is also an on-site gym and there is fast broadband internet throughout the building.

The single rooms are £90 per week inclusive of all utility bills, TV License and Internet.

The double rooms are £99 per week inclusive of all utility bills, TV License and Internet.
