The rent is based on a 12 month contract and are ALL-INCLUSIVE so you always know what you have to pay and you never have to argue about the heating or the bills. Gas, water, electricity, TV license and internet are all included. Each room contains, as a minimum: bed, duvet (either double or single, depending on bed size), two pillows, desk, chair, lamp, wardrobe, chest of drawers and wastepaper bin.
