I have owned my home in Phillipa Court since the early 90’s when it was first built and it has been a truly wonderful place to live.
Being positioned in a cul-de-sac it gives you a much quieter way of life, especially with having no traffic to contend with. The other luxury with living here has been the local shop and ASDA, so whenever I have needed some shopping I have only had to go a short distance.
All in all it has been a lovely place to live, but now is the right time to leave and move on.
