I think that this is the best apartment I have seen in St Johns Park and believe me, I have been to a few! It's probably because it occupies a corner plot and thus benefits from more windows than most of the other apartments. The other important factor is that it is located towards the rear of the block and backs onto the neatly tended gardens, with views towards St Johns church in the distance and clearly visible from the lounge and bedroom windows. If you're aged 55 or over and fancy a bit of a bargain, then look no further. I really think you will be hard pressed to find anything of this calibre within Whitchurch that compares with this. For a start, there is no onward chain, so you won't have to wait for someone else to move out and it sits in neatly tended grounds, complete with warden control for peace of mind and the use of free laundry facilities on site, along with a communal lounge and seating areas in case you get lonely and fancy a chat with a friendly neighbour. All very civilised......
