Having moved from outside the area, I was looking for something pretty special, it needed to be quiet, no young neighbours that partied a lot and lovely gardens to enjoy.

As soon as I saw this one I knew it was for me, beautiful communal gardens, nice and quiet and close to the town and train station. Also having lovely views over the garden was a bonus.

The only reason I am moving is to be closer to family, otherwise I would be staying as there is a great feeling of community within the block.
