 £150.00 + Vat =£180.00 for the first tenant.

 £50.00 + Vat = £60.00 for each subsequent tenant and/or guarantor.

All tenants over 18 must be referenced.

These fees are in addition to the Deposit and Monthly Rent.

If pet/s are accepted, an additional £200.00 deposit is required.
