It's the most popular location for young professionals in the whole area due to the restaurants and coffee shops on the high street just around the corner. Not to mention this is the area where all the other young professionals live too.

- No children allowed to stay overnight at property 
- PhD and Masters students will be considered.
- No couples, No Pets sorry!

The deposit is ZERO - We trust our tenants. Instead we ask for a simple guarantor signature with your contract. EASY. However, if you cannot provide a guarantor, we will be willing to receive a deposit from you.
