Location and Transport:

The house is centrally located 5-10 minutes walk from Surrey Quays Station or Canada Water tube for good access into Central London or Canary Wharf. There are also numerous buses running up Lower road and Evelyn Street. There is a large Tesco's store at Surrey Quays and plenty of shops in the same shopping centre and along Lower Road. Easy access to vibrant Greenwich with markets and park etc. Quiet and pleasant local area. The house looks right out over Deptford Park which is a very nice green area right on the doorstep.

The House and Room:

House shares large communal kitchen diner. Contains all mod cons (washing machine, x2 fridge freezers, oven, hobs, microwave, kitchen utensils etc) and flatscreen TV. There is also a private rear garden with patio good for a BBQ with housemates and a place to chill out in the summer months.

The room is a very large double and comes fully furnished with double bed, wardrobe and draws.

Rate:

ALL bills included in the price so only pay one amount. This includes all utilities, council tax, and unlimited access to high speed broadband (wifi). There is also a fortnightly cleaner than will clean all the communal areas.
