Optional Extras: Bed linen furnishings. Duvet, Plus Cover, Pillows, fitted sheet. These optional bedding items are payable separately. £95 (You may bring your own)

There is one Spacious Full Bathroom with shower upstairs.

The garden is compact, maintained and suitable to share the odd friendly barbaque.

Who will you share with?
Other similar professionals or mature working students, aged from twenties to late thirties.

You will all have your own privacy and only need to share communal areas as necessary.

Terms: Preferably minimum 6 month let. (Occasionally 3-4 months may be negotiated, for an additional £100 admin fee.)
£500 deposit. Payable in advance, however, again may be payable over two months, by agreement. This will be kept in the DPS.
References/Admin Fee of £150 payable to do full references and draw up the tenancy. If you pay for 6 months up front we will reduce this fee to £75.
We recommend that you take out insurance to cover contents damage. (Optional)

You will have a Conventional Room AST Contract and will need to abide by the house rules for a happy home environment.
