Parking available on the street.

The rental includes Gas, Electricity, Water, Council Tax, TV License. Wireless BT Fibre Optic Broadband. Plus cleaning and garden service.

SERVICE: We provide fortnightly Communal Professional Cleaning and Garden services as well as all household maintenance.

If you do not have a car, we will collect you for the viewing from the Guildford Train Station and take you back. We will also collect you and your luggage on Check in from the Guildford Station and back again on Check out at the end of the tenancy.

Optional Extras: Bed linen furnishings. Duvet, Plus Cover, Additional Pillows, Fitted Sheet. These optional items are payable separately. Price £100.(You may bring your own)

There is one modern Full Bathroom with shower upstairs. Second modern Bathroom on the ground floor.

The garden is compact, maintained and suitable to share the odd friendly barbeque. Garden chairs provided.


There is plenty of parking on the street. This house is situated in a culdesac so is in a nice and quiet environment.

Who will you share with?
Other similar professionals or mature working students, aged from twenties to late thirties.
You will all have your own privacy and only need to share communal areas as necessary. Sorry no locks on the doors to bedrooms.

Terms: Preferably minimum 6 month let. (Occasionally 3-4 months may be negotiated, at a premium: Note: Short term lets are rare and always charged at a premium. We will consider a short term let however will charge an additional £100 for the administration fee, and £50 per month in addition to the going advertised rent.
£500 security deposit. Payable all in advance preferably, however, again may be payable over two months, by agreement. This will be kept in the DPS.
References/Admin Fee of £200 payable to do full references and draw up the tenancy.
We recommend that you take out insurance to cover contents damage. (Optional)

You will have a Conventional Room AST Contract and will need to abide by the house rules for a happy home environment.
