The lounge has a large flat screen TV, coffee table and comfy sofas good for getting together with flatmates. There is also a private rear garden with a table great for outside space and for the summer months.

The room comes newly refurbished to high standard and modern decor, containing double bed, a triple wardrobe, draws, bed-side table, shelves and fold-away desk. There is also a flat screen TV mounted to the wall. The room has its own private en-suite with shower unit, toilet, sink and towel rail.

Rate:

ALL bills included in the price so only pay one amount. This includes all utilities, council tax, and unlimited access to high speed broadband (wifi). There is also a fortnightly cleaner than will clean all the communal areas.

The house is very centrally located on the Isle of Dogs 5-10mins walk from Canary Wharf. The closest transport is South Quay or Cross Harbour DLR stations (5 mins walk) or Canary Wharf (10mins) for Jubilee Line into Central London.

Quiet and pleasant local area. Close by to the river and Thames Path (can walk to Greenwich under the foot-tunnel). There are two Tesco Express stores within 3 minutes walk, and a larger 24hrs Asda 5mins walk for groceries. Pubs and shops close by next to the docks, and all the amenities, shopping centres and restaurants of Canary Wharf only 5-10mins walk away.
