SHARED WING - BATHROOM The bathroom will be primarily be for the use of the successful applicant with only shared use with visitors on limited occasions. The bathroom comprises bath, wash basin and toilet. 

WET ROOM There is also a wet room available for use on the ground floor. This includes, shower, wash basin and toilet. 

UTILITY ROOM The shared utility room houses washing machine, tumble drier and storage. The owners pets are often kept in here and the successful applicant MUST like dogs & cats. 

OUTSIDE There are extensive gardens surrounding the property up to approx. 2.5 acres. The owner keeps some chickens and the successful applicant would be asked to feed the chickens on occasions.

Parking is off-road. The property is accessed via a long single track lane through a tunnel under the nearby railway line.
