Of course, we belong to the PRS, for your peace of mind. 

Easy: Guarantor in Honululu? Going on holiday for 3 weeks? Not a problem. All of our forms and contracts can be signed online, so no need to visit our office every 2 hours. Finally, you can rent your new home from your couch at home. 

Flexibility: Dont have a guarantor? Not sure what you need? First time renting? Not a problem. We will tailor a bespoke package for you, so that your circumstances dont stop you from renting that perfect home.

Safety: Your home should be a place for you and your loved ones to live and enjoy. So we check every property for damp or condensation issues, and we are happy to do this in front of you.

Tenant Fees: 

At Rent North East, we work hard to make your move as easy as possible. All our agreements and checks are processed and completed online, which means that you wont need to leave the comfort of your home throughout the entire process! 

We do charge an administration fee to all new tenants, and a reduced fee if you have rented from us before. 

The administration fee covers costs incurred in setting up your tenancy, including the following: 

Checks on up to two tenants 
Referencing on up to two tenants 
Preparation and completion of agreements 
Account set up 
Back office work including negotiation and preparation for your tenancy

At Rent North East, we work hard to make sure that you find a suitable property. If you are unable to pay the upfront fees or cannot provide anything that we have requested, then please let us know, and we will do our best to work out an alternative arrangement that works better for you.

New Tenants: 

Rooms: £150 administration fee applies.

A deposit to the value of one month’s rent is payable before moving into the property.


Current or Previous Tenants: 

A significantly reduced admin fee applies, this varies, depending on changes to your application. Please contact us for more information.
