We are well positioned for amenities here, walking distance to West Worthing train station, bus stops, Goring parade of shops and of course Worthing sea front.
The improvements made to the flat hopefully speak for themselves as I have done everything the flat could have needed, I am particularly pleased with the bathroom!
The next owners will not have to worry about doing anything but putting their furniture down and enjoying their beautiful flat.
