As soon as I viewed this flat I fell in love with it and just had to have it and have loved it here since. I cannot believe how lucky I have been, the flat has given me all the space that I need and the neighbours have been truly wonderful and there is a really friendly community spirit here.
Having an allocated parking space is great but if friends come to visit there is visitor parking for them too. The gardens are perfect place on a sunny day to relax outside with a nice book in the sunshine. We have made the most of beautiful Beddington Park which is just round the corner.
This is a wonderful first time home, it certainly was for me. I am totally relocating now to be close to my family but will be really sad to leave.
