We originally bought the flat as our first step on to the property ladder and enjoyed the spacious living space and the excellent location in the heart of Southsea. Since then we have successfully let the flat to professionals for the past 5 years.
It's a little different to most flats you find in Southsea, so close to the Seafront but with its own garden. It has a real sense of a sanctuary in the heart of the City.
As our Family grew we needed a little more space but kept the flat on as a rental property, it has always provided a steady income and we have never struggled to find good tenants to look after the place.
