The apartment has such a great feel to it and is located in such an exciting part of Hove, but in a quiet street. In the last few years I have had the pleasure of enjoying the apartment and everything its central location has to offer first hand. In the past I also benefited from renting the apartment out at premium rates.
I love sitting in the lounge looking out onto the garden, which is well maintained by a gardener who comes once a month to keep it tidy.
