Bought primarily to live in, then subsequently letting it, it has been in my hands for 13 wonderful years. It has been the most amazing home and very popular with tenants.

The building itself is well maintained and the neighbourhood is friendly and safe. Alas, it's time for us to part company and pass my lovely home onto someone else to love as I have. I wish the new owners a fabulous life here in their new home.
