I have owned this maisonette for 12 years and it's been a great place to live. It's such a good location and just a short walk into Horsham or to the station. I fell in love with the maisonette due to the quiet position and the fact that it has its own private garden whilst looking on to the pond. You feel that you are in the countryside not close to the town centre.

Since owning the property I have put a conservatory on the back which makes another room and have re-decorated and put in a modern style kitchen. The only reason for the move is so that my wife and I can now go up-market to a larger home. I only wish I could increase the size and stay put.
