The closeness of the train station and Caterham Town Centre were key factors for me when I was buying and so I was really pleased to stumble across this lovely flat when I did. It is quiet, has plenty of space and I have always been particularly grateful that it has a garden area. Caterham continues to be a really nice place to settle - I won't be moving far!
