We have owned this flat for approximately 11 years. When we bought it, we were looking for a buy to let investment, which would give us a good income but also be low maintenance and in a good area. After viewing a few homes, we decided that this was the one for us, as it offered all of these things and so much more. We have never failed to find a tenant over the years.

We re-decorated the flat a couple of years ago.

It is close to bus routes into Dover town and Folkestone and also has easy access to open hillsides of the Western Heights.
