I have owned this property for quite a long time now and converted it into 2 flats not long after purchasing it. I stayed here myself for a while and found it to be a really nice place to live. This ground floor flat has the advantage of having the entire rear garden and patio area. This is a great aspect and I have spent many a summer's evening enjoying a drink or two on the patio area.
Another great element is the fact there is also a detached garage at the far end of the garden. This provides some useful additional storage and there is also enough space to park a car in front of it.
