When I started looking I really wanted a garden, somewhere I could sit out in the summer, plus I like to grow vegetables.
Due to my budget, there was very little to view that provided a garden. When this home became available I was very surprised with the size of the garden, and that it had allocated parking too. It needed a lot of work which suited me.
