*** THE ROOMIE***
Minimum stay is 3 months, so the new flatmate must see this house as a home to live in, not just a place to sleep. We're looking for sociable and friendly flatmates who are easy to get along with. Current tenants enjoy chilling in the garden (weather permitting!) and getting a beer in the local pub once a while :) Current tenants are friendly professionals that respect each other's spaces and are looking forward to meeting their new flatmates!

The house has a large kitchen, complete with a cooker, two fridge/freezers, microwave, kettle and toaster. The large living room has large sofas, HD TV with Sky - perfect for relaxing after a busy day at work! There are numerous bathrooms, one of which includes a large luxury jacuzzi! The whole house has fast wireless broadband so you can stream videos at ease. Bills are all inclusive in the price, so no need to worry about putting money aside. This also includes a cleaner and a gardener.
There is also large green garden which is great for the long summer evenings while the sun is shining - especially for BBQs and drinks. The house has a garage and plenty of parking spaces available.

The house is less than 5 minute walk to all the restaurants and retail stores on Hagley Road. The newly opened Morrisons superstore at Five ways is in easy walking distance. The bus stops of lines 11A/C, 80, 81, 82, 87, 89 allows excellent connections to the city centre (e. g. Broad Street bars, New Street station, Bullring shopping centre). Buses on the main street leave every 5 minutes making it a simple to go shopping or to see friends in the centre of town. Furthermore, the Harborne Walkway is on your doorstep if you wish to take pleasant weekend stroll/jog.
