TENANTS

TENANCYAGREEMENT

All adults wishing to live at the property will be named onthe tenancy agreement. The tenancy agreement will provide for all persons underthe tenancy to be joint and severally liable for the covenants containedtherein. Adults who are not named on the tenancy Agreement jointly may not livein the property.

INSURANCE

Although not a charge made by us, it’sa requirement of your tenancy that you take out tenants’ liability insurance tothe minimum value of £2,500 to cover the property against accidental damage.This may include damage to the carpets, walls, kitchen cupboards, worktops,sanitary wear in the bathroom, to name a few. Having liability insurance inplace will reduce the risk of losing your damage deposit at the end of thetenancy if damage is uncovered. Some contents insurance policies may alreadyinclude this.
