Plus a Check-In Fee of £75



If we take a Deposit, it will be registered with one of the Government's Approved Schemes and sent off to them.



Pets Considered - but no big dogs, and if acceptable will be subject to a non-refundable one off Pet Premium Fee of £150

DSS Applicants may be considered providing you can meet our criteria.



Proof of Id will be required for all named Tenants and the Home Owner Guarantor.
