There are various fees a tenant is responsible for in addition to the rent payment. We do charge administration fees which cover the referencing process and execution of the tenancy agreement(s) and is charged at £190 for the first tenant and £90 for any subsequent tenant. Should a guarantor be required then these are charged at £90 per guarantor (these fees are all inclusive of VAT)
